I would 100% recommend the Pathways course to anyone in the real estate business. The amount of material I learned is amazing! She kept her students engaged. I am so glad I took the Pathways to Excellence course for many reasons. After taking a break from RE for several years this course was exactly what I needed. Stephanie made it fun, interesting and engaging. I am looking forward to taking more classes as they become available. Stephanie has a focused and concise way of communicating which left us with a clear understanding of the concepts being taught. Her ability to engage us in critical thinking and sharing those thoughts were great at garnering conversations among the group. The energy in the group was really positive and high which made it a great learning environment! Best class I have ever taken in my 40+ years in the business.

I have taken many training courses over my 23 years as a Realtor.  Stephanie is the best instructor I have ever had!  She is able to focus your attention where you absorb the information.  She's perfect!

Knowledge, enthusiasm, and helpfulness are what I consider to be Stephanie's greatest strengths. I have been very impressed with the depth of coverage of all the basic functions we need to be proficient in.  Also, Stephanie is organized and has a website for us to refer to for all the information we covered in the course.    A lot of work went into this and it has been a great refresher for me. Stephanie's greatest strength is her ability to connect with each student and get everyone to engage and participate in class. After being in my career for 35 years and starting fresh with a new one, I really can't speak enough about this class and Stephanie. All the pre licensing courses do not prepare you for the actual position as a broker. This class went through processes, help with communication with your clients and how to maneuver through each system you need to use. My confidence level improved dramatically as I went through this class. I know I chose the right company to go with, as Stephanie invested her interest with this class.I have been through so many training and educational classes in my past life but not with many people teaching the classes that were actually in the field they were teaching to. Stephanie's experience as a broker was key to her teaching, she relates to the subject and has real life experience to share. For someone coming into this field brand new, this really helped to understand all processes.  It makes a huge difference. Thank you!
