Stephanie was pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. She found us a home that "checked 95% of the boxes" and so we made a deal that was totally acceptable to all involved. We didn't rate her on the "negotiation skills" because we made an offer on the residence, the owner counter offered with a date that we wanted and a price that they wanted which made the deal acceptable to all involved. The process took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. We would have rated Stephanie higher, but that would not have left room for improvement and there's always room for all of us to improve our knowledge, skills and abilities.
