Stephanie gives 110 percent. She always makes herself available to help answer questions or to help in any way she can. I would recommend her to any of my family and/or friends.

Stephanie Barnhill is an incredible realtor and helped my husband and me find our perfect home. We are first-time home buyers and the prospect of buying a home was very intimidating. Stephanie helped us navigate the process and was always available to answer our questions. She is extremely communicative and knowledgeable about houses and the housing market in Lexington. She consistently checked the MLS for us, sent us links for houses that matched what we were looking for, and was always available to do a showing. When we found our home there were already multiple offers. She offered us guidance and our offer was ultimately accepted! Stephanie helped us feel confident and secure during the entire process and we could not have done it without her. We are so thankful and would recommend her to everyone.

Stephanie is an ideal realtor, she was helpful, in regular contact, and gave us all the tools to make our decision. If I could give six stars I absolutely would. 11/10.

Stephanie was so easy to work with and she kept me calm during the whole process--even came to the house to help us on moveout day. We had a difficult house (not a popular model) to sell and she was able to do it like a rockstar! Thank you Stephanie for all your hard work

Stephanie was great to work with. She listened closely to our needs and wants and made sure we didn't waste our time seeing houses that wouldn't meet them. She even went to a few beforehand to just make sure there wasn't anything wrong with them before we took the time to see them. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell!

Stephanie is so great to work with. She returns calls and texts quickly, makes sure communication with the other agent is smooth, and takes care of any issues that may arise.

Stephanie went above and beyond on the sale of my grandfathers estate we had surveying issues and she was very knowledgable withhelping me file everything and was with me every step of the way to see the sell through. I couldn’t have done it without her.

Stephanie did an amazing job getting my house sold! She worked so hard to make sure things were getting done and that everything went as smoothly as possible.

Stephanie Barnhill answered all questions and always got back with answers. I was very happy with her professionalism.
