Stefania did a wonderful job for us. She came highly recommended by close friends and I'm glad we listened. I'm convinced there is no real estate problem she can't solve. The first house, a 2 year old townhouse, we were in contract for turned out to have a structural problem. This was disclosed during an inspection Stefania insisted we have. I took her advice and saved myself a headache. Shefania was definitely more concerned with matching us with the perfect house rather than making a sale. She was so generous with her time and was sure to tell us when we were looking at a home she didn't think was for us. When we finally found our home, we ran into unusual problems during closing due to an uncooperative realtor and seller. Stefania was great at solving these problems. I trust and recommend Stefania 100%.

We absolutely love Stefania, she is the best realtor. She helped our family sell our home in a tough market and helped us get our dream home. She fought for us left and right and made sure that we got what we wanted. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her and the way she took care of my whole family. We’d highly recommend Stefania if you want a caring and passionate realtor that will fight for her clients.

Stefania is the absolute best. It was our first time buying a home and we were completely clueless. She literally educated us about everything and completely walked us through every single step and I’m genuinely not exaggerating, also she has amazing negotiation skills. If you need a realtor who will not play about you and your family Stefania is your girl!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with Stefania! ❤️ We truly believe none of this would have happened without her. When we first started looking for a house, we were honestly just taking our chances, not even knowing if becoming homeowners was possible for us. But Stefania made what felt impossible happen. She literally worked a miracle for our family! She fought so hard for us, never gave up, and negotiated like no other! Not only did she get us into our very first home, but she managed to get us $15,000 in seller credits too!! We went from just hoping we had a chance to owning a beautiful home in Denver, NC, where we can raise our family and create lifelong memories. That means more to us than words can explain. Stefania, you have no idea how much you’ve changed our lives. This wasn’t just about buying a house for us. This was about giving our family a place to truly call HOME. ❤️ We will forever be grateful for everything you did, all the hard work you put in, and how much you genuinely cared about our family. You’re not just an amazing real estate agent, you’re an amazing person. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Hands down the GREATEST real estate agent out there!! Thank you for making our dream come true! 🏡❤️

Stefania went above and beyond helping us find the right home and closing on terms very favorable to us! She is extremely knowledgeable and has a can do/will do attitude focused on her client. We are grateful that she was our realtor and highly recommend her!

We had a great experience working with Stefania throughout the selling process. She was always quick to respond, offered great recommendations before listing, and kept us informed every step of the way. She did a great job marketing the home and finding a buyer quickly. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Stefania was absolutely wonderful. We needed a perfect scenario to buy our first home, and Stef had a great amount of patience in helping us navigate the entire process. To say we are grateful doesn’t quite cover it, and my wife and I are extremely excited to move into our first home together. She was kind, informative, and positive throughout the entire process and we cannot thank her enough.

After a failed home purchase that left me under tremendous stress and facing a very tight timeline, I was fortunate to be referred to Stefania Earnhardt. Looking back, that referral was one of the best things that could have happened during the entire process. I will admit that I was not the easiest client to work with. I was frustrated, anxious, and eager to move much faster than I should have. After backing out of a home that did not meet my standards, I felt a lot of pressure to find the right property quickly. Throughout it all, Stefania remained calm, professional, patient, and incredibly focused. What impressed me most was her willingness to stand firm when it mattered. There were several times I wanted to rush through important steps, but she consistently encouraged me to slow down, complete the proper inspections, and make decisions based on facts rather than emotions. At the time, I didn't always want to hear it, but she was right every single time. What truly set Stefania apart, however, was what she did during the gap between my failed purchase and the closing on my new home. Because of the unexpected delay, I found myself without a permanent place to stay and spending weeks in an expensive hotel. Rather than simply focusing on the home search, Stefania went out of her way to help me find temporary housing. Through her network and persistence, she was able to secure a peaceful tiny home near Lake Norman where I could stay while everything came together. That gesture relieved an enormous amount of stress during an already difficult time and is something I will never forget. Stefania combines an incredible work ethic with knowledge, enthusiasm, and strong instincts about the market. She was responsive, resourceful, and always seemed to have a solution or a next step ready. No matter how stressful things became, she never lost her composure and never stopped advocating for my best interests. Thanks to her guidance, I found the right home sooner than I expected, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. She helped turn what could have been a very difficult experience into a successful one. If you're looking for a real estate professional who is knowledgeable, dedicated, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for her clients, I highly recommend Stefania Earnhardt. She is an outstanding agent, a tireless advocate for her clients, and a tremendous asset to the real estate industry.

Stefania was hands down the best realtor I could have asked for. She made the whole home-buying process so much easier than I ever expected and was always there whenever I had a question, no matter the time of day. What I loved most was how much I trusted her. As a young buyer, having someone in your corner who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing makes all the difference. She was honest, patient, super responsive, and always looking out for my best interests. I’ve been in my home for almost a year now, and I still couldn’t be happier with it. Looking back, I know I wouldn’t be here without her guidance. If you’re looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond and make you feel like more than just another client, Stefania is your girl.

Stefania has been our real estate agent on two occasions; we chose her because she has always been incredibly helpful. From the very beginning, she helped us buy our first house—the home where we lived so happily—and now our second one! If you are looking for someone to guide you in the right direction, she is the ideal person. She doesn't just show you houses; she focuses on finding a safe, suitable home that truly meets your needs. I know some agents just want to close a quick sale and move on, but Stefania isn't like that. She focuses on what you need and what is in your best interest, considering factors like whether a house might cause problems down the line, its resale potential, and the quality of local schools for your children. She ensures you’ll live well, and that is exactly what everyone should look for: someone like her to guide you through the process. We are delighted to have found her, and if you’re looking for someone like that, Stefania is the perfect choice!
