Stacy was highly recommended and was very helpful getting 6 properties sold. All but one sold right away, the sixth property took almost 6 months, but not for a lack of effort. The property was too expensive for most buyers. She gave us great advice along the way and very pleasant to work with. Since we were not local, she coordinated needed repairs for us and worked very closely with the buyers agents and the title company. She was onsite to permit repairs and inspections. She negotiated successfully on our behalf several times to get a more favorable outcome.
