Stacy was amazing to work with.

Stacey was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us sell our home. After 31 years in the same house, selling was an incredibly emotional and stressful experience for us, and she was there every step of the way. She was extremely attentive—not only to every detail of the sale, but also to our stress levels and the emotional side of such a major life change. She was always quick to answer our questions, completely on top of everything, and made us feel like we were truly being taken care of. Her professionalism, patience, responsiveness, and genuine compassion made a difficult process so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients.

Stacy has seen me through 3 house sales/purchases. She is the absolute best at what she does; I always felt like I was a priority and that she looked after my best interests at every turn. Not only would I ask her to be my realtor ALWAYS, she is also a dear friend. ❤️

We had a great experience working with Stacy Chojnowski purchasing our new home. From her advice and strategy in making our offer, and through all the details that came between offer and closing, she was extremely responsive, helpful and great to work with.

Stacy was so incredibly helpful and wonderful throughout the entire buying process! From the first meeting it was obvious how knowledgeable she was of both all the buying process and the Bershire market. We were first time buyers, and she made sure we understood each step and helped us find our way to exactly what we were looking for. When it came down to placing and negotiating an offer, Stacy worked so hard on our behalf and got us an incredible accepted final offer. We absolutely made the right choice in her!

This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Stacy. She is THE BEST in every way!! She is thorough, detail oriented, soooo knowledgeable and will go to bat for everyone of her clients. I will always recommend her to anyone needing either a sellers agent or buyers agent!! Love her ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Stacy was the only realtor we worked while we house hunted and knew from the beginning she would be the one to help us find our perfect home! As first time home buyers we took our time finding the right place and Stacy was patient, consistent, honest, and reliable. She answered all of our questions at any time of day and never disappointed!

We have used Stacy in the past to sell a home now we used her to buy a piece of land. We have purchased a lot of property in the years and we have never seen a realtor go out of their way to help complete the sale as Stacy. Her response to emails and texts are 24/7. We would recommend William Pitt Sotheby's and use Stacy D Chojnowski she the BEST. Jayne & Ron DeAngelis

Stacey is an exceptional communicate always clear, responsive, and thoughtful with both me and the buyer, which made the process feel smooth and well supported every step of the way. She is professional, knowledgeable, and generally cares about her clients. I felt completely confident and at ease, knowing she was representing my home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience I would recommend Stacey of Southerby’s to anyone selling a property, no matter the size or scope. She is truly outstanding.
