Jen Creasy was/is AMAZING! Her response time to our communications was consistently incredibly quick...impressive to this teacher of 41 years! If Jen had to reach out to others to reply to us, she did, and then got back to us ASAP. I/we have nicknamed Jen- "Speedy". She is a first-class "worker bee". At 72 and 74 this is our first brand new home, and as such, these oldies were nervous, and somewhat "needy". Even if our questions to Jen were wearing on her patience, she never showed this. Jen was ALWAYS polite, helpful, and very patient...not to mention fun to work with/chat with. From the beginning, we felt we could trust Jen, and she proved that our initial judgement was spot on. Jen went above-and-beyond to help and support us. Honestly, most likely we would not have survived this process without Jen! We also appreciated the time and efforts of Chris Ready. He worked to make sure things were "right" with our new home.

Lauren was so professional in every respect. She went over and above to get the house on the market, promote its sale, help with addressing the items brought up by inspection and advocate for us in every way. Within less than a week of the house being on the market, there was a really good offer as well as a really good backup offer. She is not only an outstanding realtor, but a person of the highest integrity. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best realtor.

Beth was absolutely amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We met Beth by happenstance because we were interested in a particular Keystone model. We left that meeting and tour knowing we had just found our realtor, regardless of whether we went with a Keystone or not.
