Sonia guided us through the whole process of selling our home from preparation fix up work with her recommended contractor, inspections, staging, and all the paperwork. She was actively involved with the contractor work and inspections, continually checking on progress and keeping us up to date with additional findings. She also dealt a sub-par buyer's agent through the whole process and some unexpected 11th hour buyer requests during closing. It all worked out in the end.
