Got us a price better than we had initially hoped for. The only misunderstanding that we had was in listing all of the defects or issues for disclosure. I took that to mean that it was more stuff that I needed to work on, hence I spent some time and money fixing or replacing faucets, lights and some electrical. What I didn't initially realize was that we were just acknowledging that there was an existing issue which the buyer would know would have to be addressed by him. Not a big deal, hopefully the new kitchen faucet and other stuff helped with the sale anyway.
