Sherrie is the best realtor in Indian River County! She called me within 20 minutes after I sent an initial email asking her to be our agent. She sent me a list of potential homes that same day and took us out to see homes in person the very next day. Within less than a week, Sherrie had found us a home we loved, she had negotiated the price down for us, and she had a signed contract from the seller! Even after the contract was signed, she stuck with us every step of the way, called title reps and loan agents for me when I couldn't get ahold of them, and always called or texted me back within 20 minutes if she couldn't pick up when I called. Evenings, weekends, even when she was out of town - she was never out of reach by cell phone. Great experience, we'll never use another agent in Indian River County!
