The greatest thing was calling the office from New York and having Sherrey Welch answer the phone! She was outstanding and very patient. She knew exactly what we were looking for and accomplished it! I love my new home thank you so much!

Sherrey Welch is very dedicated to the job and her customers! She had been helping me for months before I even listed my home, suggesting improvements and maintenance that would make the sale faster, easier, and more profitable. She hired the best photographers and put together a great flyer for the website.  Sherrey had the yard sign put up on Tuesday, the photographers out on Wednesday, and the Open House on Sunday. Thanks to her professionalism, we received a cash offer that day and settled on the selling price on Monday. I don’t even know what she had to do to get the closing together because it all went so smoothly. I assume that she had a lot to do with how easy everything was for me!! 5 stars from me!! 

 I found Sherrey Welch and gave her a call.  I asked her if she would have the time to take me around the Venice area to look at some of the homes for sale in the gated communities of Venice.  She said she would be happy to help.  First, we met at the office and went over the listings.  She was able to bring the information up on a screen so we could discuss the prices, style, community amenities, likes, dislikes, needs and wants, etc..  Then she made a plan of what we would see over a 3 day period.  She was very knowledgeable about the communities and locations.  After I went home, I continued to look at the communities and homes coming up for sale.  Sherrey also sent me listings that she thought I might like.  I retired, got my home up for sale, sold it and continues to look.  I came across the townhomes in Gran Paradiso and thought, rather than buy a single stand-alone home, a townhouse was a good buy and had lots of living space.  I asked Sherrey if she could go out and look at them and let me know what she thought.  She did and even called me from the sales office with an agent standing by to answer any questions.  I put a deposit on one under construction.  I was having some difficulty getting the agent to respond to emails so I asked Sherrey if she would correspond for me and she gladly did.  She was on top of things throughout the process and intervened when things went awry.  I was very thankful for her help, advice, information, knowledge, expertise, patience, and kindness through the entire process of purchasing my new home.

Thanks for putting up with all the twists and turns this sale has delivered. And thanks, too, for keeping me sane throughout it all. Your cool head and supportive manner helped me a great deal.  

Just a note to thank you for sending the Real Estate Review for Venice Gulf View. I find it interesting, as I follow the market trends. I was Relocation Director in New York State for numerous years, and I found it to be challenging. I know how important it is to have contacts. I know of no one at this time who is moving to Venice….however, be assured that I will promote your endeavors whenever it is possible. You are an asset to your company.
