She was timely with appointments and actively sought out properties that met our requirements. Overall, a very positive experience.

Shelly Hannaford went above and beyond assisting us in selling what can only be considered an EXTREMELY distressed property. We inherited a house and land in a bad neighborhood and due to crime problems and break-ins, we needed to find a buyer and close as quickly as possible. Shelly worked hard showing the property multiple times, communicating with concerned neighbors, and ultimately facilitated a deal with a buyer within two weeks of having the property listed. Then she was able to streamline the closing process as well! She was very responsive to our needs and answered questions patiently and promptly.
