We have used Shelley Yates for the purchase of 3 homes and the sale of 2. She is always professional and courteous without being pushy of aggressive. Her response time to requests and questions is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone as a local realtor and I would / will use her for all future needs.

Shelley Yates made buying my first home great! She is very friendly and and easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend her as she was a pleasure to deal with. I plan on using her for my next purchase

Shelley Yates did an incredible job on both the purchase and sale of our houses. Her attention to detail, quality of work and timely responses to all our communications were great.
