Sheldon was pleasant and well informed about our choice to move from a single family home to a condominium. Sheldon exceeded our expectations. Because we were moving from BC, we were unable to be in Edmonton; although, we did come twice to look at houses. Sheldon's willingness to communicate via Internet, Facebook and texting was outstanding. We never had to wait for a response. The two visits we had to Edmonton turned out to be fruitless (largely because the sale of our condo in Surrey was difficult), Sheldon was willing to do virtual tours with us. By this point, Sheldon new what we were looking for, and would comment as he toured on things he knew we would comment on, for example, strange smells, bath tub size, sump pump, wall size. It turns out that the house we purchased was one which Sheldon toured with us virtually—we had never seen the house in person until we drove up the drive way. Most of all, Sheldon took care of us. I can't praise Sheldon enough for the care he gave us and his attention to detail. I will most certainly recommend him to anyone needing real estate service.
