Shelby was a gem to work with. So organized and always available. The selling of my home was a seemless transaction from start to finish. I would recommend Shelby and The Miller Group to my closest friends and family. Five Stars!

Shelby is very helpful using her rich experience, conscientious attitude to clients and strong sense of accountability. We are new to this area. Shelby kindly shared a lot of interesting insights about neighborhoods, school zones, house builder and house functionalities, which was truly helpful for us to make the optimal decision. She is also very diligent on keep tracking all the closing details, playing liaison for communications between us and seller, and also cooperation with mortgage lender. She very well managed the timing and always friendly reminded me to keep on track for each step when I was slacking and dragged down the process. Her engagement was not stopped when closing was completed. She also helped out continued communications to the sellers for some issue found after we moved in, which was also efficient and effective. We appreciate having her help us on our house purchasing process a lot.

From the beginning until closing and after, Shelby has been absolutely fantastic every step of the way. This was our first time buying a home, and it couldn't have been less stressful, all because of Shelby! She worked behind the scenes to make everything smooth for us, and we will forever be grateful!

Outstanding experience with Shelby. We are repeat customers, Marie Miller sold us our first two homes. We will continue to refer Kelly, Shelby, Marie, and the Miller Group. Professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. Helpful, personable, and highly knowledgeable. So happy to work with them all.

Shelby is the consummate professional!  She guided us through every detail with kindness and decisive direction.  This was our second home purchase/sale with Shelby and she exceeded all expectations both times.

Shelby did an amazing job selling our home very quickly.  The whole process was very smooth and exceeded our expectations.
