I have bought and sold several houses but never met à more professional and helpful agent as Sheila Urbanek ! We sold our home in 21 days at the price we wanted. We were guided with competence and kindness at every step . Every morning we received information regarding the status of our sell . The staging was perfect, the advertisement pictures/ video were very good. Negotiations were smooth. I already recommended Sheila to our friends who are thinking of selling their house . Sheila is the best !

The most competent, professional real estate agent I ever met !

Sheila was an amazing agent to have and I would recommend anyone to work with her. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and Sheila was excitedly recommended by my fiancé’s parents. Sheila made the whole process clear and was very accommodating the whole time. I will miss working with her and will definitely be in contact with her if we are in need of an agent.

Sheila Urbanek is truly THE professional you would want on your side throughout the homebuying process. From start to finish Sheila explained every bit of the process to me and my fiancé. As first time home buyers we were mostly clueless and Sheila truly made us feel prepared and equipped for anything that came up. We got a great deal and felt confident in the biggest purchase of our lives due to Sheila's expertise! I can't recommend her enough.
