What a great job in helping us find a condo for our Grandsons. It was amazing how he helped to guide us and them as we searched for just the right location and a secure place near the campus at UH. I would definitely recommend Shea to anyone who is in the process of buying a home! I was a first time home buyer and didn't know the process at all. Shea sat down with me in the beginning and went over what to expect in the coming months. This is also when we went over the requirements that I had for the future home. I appreciated that he didn't just make sure the homes we toured checked off my must-have list, but also gave his opinions on each place. For example, one of the low-rise apartments we looked at had dogs barking coming from the neighboring apartment; Shea didn't ignore this and let me know its something to possibly consider.
