Shayna,We are very pleased with the results of your work to sell Mom’s condo. You were efficient and diligent in dealing with all the parties that needed to work together. And, your help with staging, marketing and property disposition was also most helpful. You made dealing with this project much easier than expected particularly since we are located such a distance away,We appreciate your patience and success with our project.- EF

You made a great contact for us by recommending that we work with Shayna Davidov Hanson from Miami. She made a difficult and emotional situation much easier for us to deal with and provided constructive advice and resources every step of the way. Her marketing and staging was ‘spot on’ so that the condo sold quickly with a top price, cash deal. You should recommend her to any other contacts that you have who are interested in that region.-AF

For any realm of Real Estate, Shayna is dedicated and relentless in researchingdeals and building relationships with buyers & sellers. She is unmatched in findingthe "needle in the haystack" and doesn't stop until the job is done. She helped myfamily in a time of need to sell our home quickly and at the price we wanted, during achallenging time. Shayna's attention to her customers, ability to have your back andmake sure your best interests are at heart make her my choice for my family's RealEstate needs !!

Shayn helped me to re-configure my space and market it at a higher price than hopedfor and put me in touch with wonderful contractors who helped me get return oninvestment.

Over the past year, Shayna has helped me manage my South Beach rental property. Her timeliness and attention to detail were in evidence form the outset. From negotiating lease agreements, to coordinating minor fixes in the unit, Shayna has been a tremendous partner. At the risk of sounding trite, she truly makes you feel like you are her only client. There is nothing that she won't do to help, as it relates to the management of my property. When the time comes for me to sell, there is no way I would consider using any other realtor than her. In an industry known more for its flash, panache, and style, Shayna instead brings honesty, effort, and old school work ethic to the party. She is intelligent, wired, and as good a listener as she is a communicator. I would highly recommend her for all one's real estate needs.-Jim Palmich

Shayna became a part of our family on showings and outings, as we needed a place that was safe and fit for 3 generations. She quickly understood and responded to some very personal, specific and hard to find needs. I felt comfortable with her helping my 74 year old mother and being like an aunt to my kids when we had to schlep the entire clan. Happy to report that we are now settled in a beautiful single family home that she negotiated for way below market value ! We have been so thankful to now have the space and lush backyard for our large family to make memories in! Thank you for your kindness, attention to detail and persistence!

Shayna is exceptional at paying attention to details of her client’s requirements. I have known Shayna since 2000 and still have the privilege of working with her at Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
