To be honest, there were important details not disclosed by the realtor and lawyer till I sign the paperwork, which i was strongly advised to sign by the realtor and lawyer. This deal was shady from the start, and I have been screwed, so I cannot say much positive about any of this transaction. I should have let the finance company foreclose on a mortgage I never signed for, and I would be better off.
