Shawn was quick to return calls, answer questions and advise my neighbors on matters concerning their short sale. You contacted them regularly when they were overly stressed and sad. You made sure all their paperwork was in on time and fought to the end to save their house. You were committed, willing to do extra, supported them all the way. Your heart was in it! That’s what kind of person Shawn Spangler is! She looks out for you not the better of the sale. Wheather you have lived in your house for a few years or your entire life she will help you with the entire process.
Shawn is a life saver. In 2009 I found myself between a rock and a hard place in dealing with my mortgage company after the fallout of job loss and a divorce. I utilized Shawn's expertise in mitigating the potential after effects (foreclosure). Shawn was instrumental in in negotiating with Mortgage Company and in finding a buyer which ultimately resulted in the sale of my home at a fair price. Ultimately the long term gain for myself was the preservation of my credit as well as extricating me from a situation which could have had a disastrous after effects both personally and financially.
Shawn is an excellent and informed advisor re: real estate properties and the decisions a homeowner is up against in today's depressed economy. She was a big help to me in clearing up an anxiety-producing decision I had to make last year about a condo I owned, and she got me the results I was seeking quickly. Highly recommend her. She's also well-connected with other service providers
I would highly recommend Shawn Spangler, she was able to obtain a top dollar offer for my home in a short period of time. She assisted me in preparing and staging my home and did not charge me extra. Her assistance was instrumental to the success. She was on top of my situation and responded back quickly to all my calls and questions. If you are looking for a top notch agent with years of experience, this is your agent. She worked extremely hard and looked out for my best interest every step of the way. She was amazing.
Shawn is a real estate agent with a real heart. Shawn worked with us in finding the right home like it was for herself. She never coerced you or gave any ill advice to us to complete any purchase. Shawn stood by us through every step of the whole home buying experience in an especially difficult sellers’ market. She helped us through thick and thin and shared our emotions. Above all Shawn understood our feelings well and worked with us like you were part of our family. We were lucky to have Shawn as an agent and happy to have found a great friend
Shawn helped guide me through the sale process of our home from start to finish and was on top of all necessary paperwork. She was there with us every step of the way. We staged the home and Shawn held an open house. It sold that very first weekend! Shawn is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the current market and requirements. After the sale of our home, we enlisted her services for the purchase of our new home. I highly recommend Shawn Spangler as a realtor you would want on your side. Thank you Shawn in getting our home sold and representing us in the buying of our new home!
