Shaun went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for! He was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He always kept us informed and did everything he could to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Shaun to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.

I’ll admit, I was reluctant to work with a real estate agent when we started our home search. As a savvy buyer, I felt confident using publicly available listings to find potential homes on my own, so the value of an agent (even one paid through the seller) wasn’t clear nor exciting to me. That said, working with Shaun Haynes significantly valuable in the long run. While we found several of the homes ourselves, Shaun was instrumental in arranging private showings at our convenience—far beyond the limitations of open houses. Where Shaun really stood out was during the offer and inspection process. He provided thoughtful guidance on market conditions, helped us negotiate valuable seller credits, and represented our interests every step of the way. His extensive network of trusted inspectors, contractors, and repair professionals has continued to be an incredible resource even after closing. We also appreciated being able to leverage the broader Ebby Halliday network. Through their affiliates, we connected with an insurance agent who secured us better rates on our home and auto policies and coordinated seamlessly with our mortgage company. It truly felt like the entire Ebby Halliday team was working for us from start to finish. In short, Shaun turned what I expected to be a tedious process into a smooth and well-informed experience. I’d highly recommend him—and the Ebby Halliday team—to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely client-focused real estate partner.

If you’re looking for a highly-qualified, friendly real estate expert in the DFW region, look no further! I’m happy to recommend Shaun without reservation. I recently purchased a home in McKinney, TX, and Shaun ensured the buying process was as easy as possible throughout. He is responsive to messages and communicates well. And he was especially valuable when navigating the offer process and closing details. I was unable to be physically present for the home inspection, and he volunteered without hesitation to be at my home in person instead, texting and calling me as the inspection happened. And even after closing, he has been available for random questions and provided referrals to local small businesses like painters, home improvement specialists, etc. I would definitely contact Shaun in the future for any of my real estate needs.

Our corporate relocation from the East Coast to Dallas, a city completely new to us, presented a significant challenge, especially with a tight few months to find our new home. Thankfully, Shaun stepped in and immediately made us feel at ease.    From our very first conversation, he took the time to truly understand our lifestyle, family goals, and every detail on our wish list. His dedication was evident during our one and only in-person visit to view homes; he planned a whirlwind three-day tour, guiding us through every requested neighborhood and ensuring we saw over 30 houses, all tailored to our needs.   Shaun's expert guidance paid off immensely when we found the house that was not just a property, but truly the perfect fit for our family in the Bishop Arts neighborhood. His support didn't stop there; he was an invaluable partner through every stage, from the initial negotiation to the complexities of contracting and ultimately, closing. Shaun's sharp negotiation skills were pivotal in securing us the best possible deal, and he managed all closing terms, ensuring we understood every detail and were set up for a smooth transition to Dallas.   Given that we were still living on the East Coast during the closing process, Shaun's commitment became even more crucial. He went above and beyond, virtually walking us through inspections, regularly visiting the property to keep an eye on things, and maintaining proactive communication, making us feel present and informed despite the distance.    Shaun is not only remarkably responsible and knowledgeable, but also genuinely personable and easy to work with. He instilled a deep sense of comfort and confidence in our decision, transforming what could have been an incredibly stressful corporate move into a remarkably seamless and positive experience.    We wholeheartedly recommend Shaun to anyone seeking a dedicated and exceptional realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.   David + Jack

Shaun was not only our outstanding realtor, he's become a cherished friend. Throughout the challenges of our home search here in Texas, Shaun was incredibly supportive, informative, and responsive. And considering how..."challenging"....we must've been at times as clients, those are no small accomplishments. Shaun expertly guided us through so many neighborhoods and so many houses, all with patience, humor, and just the right amount of matter-of-fact attitude to keep us grounded in reality. If you're looking for a realtor that knows when to hold your hand and the difference between pushing and pulling you along, Shaun is the professional you need.

Shaun is such an amazing realtor! We were moving back to Texas during the height of the bidding wars. We viewed for houses all over DFW from Murphy to Frisco to Keller and everywhere in between (literally!). We put in offers, lost offers, won offers and withdrew offers. He was so patient and understanding, wanting only the best for us. He has a great personality, keeping us laughing rather than crying. Even after the purchase, Shaun is so thoughtful by thinking of us during the holidays. If you are looking for a realtor that will be there side-by-side with you in your search, you should reach out to Shaun.

Shaun was a terrific assistance throughout the home buying purchase. As a first time homebuyer I appreciated Shaun’s knowledge and guidance.

Shaun is the best in the game, his knowledge of the local market is unmatched. He will continue to be the only realtor I trust.

We had such a great experience working with Shaun on both ends of our transaction. He was always responsive and available whether we wanted to see a house, or had questions regarding the sale of our current home. Would highly recommend him as an agent!

We are so pleased with our experience with Shaun. It was an emotional experience for our family - leaving our home state and finding a home in Dallas on a rather short timeline. Shaun provided levity, experience, knowledge, advice and the highest level of customer service. In fact, he is saved in my contacts as "Realtor God Shaun". That about sums it up. Although I'd hate to think of us as high maintenance, we were when it came to purchasing a home; all five of us were unable to visit at any one time and Shaun took each group to listing appointments, responded to numerous questions and texts and kept us sane and on track. He even showed us a house via FaceTime. Shaun also provided insight and advice to my daughter regarding moving during her senior year, included her in the process and - with the odds stacked against him - kept her smiling. I can't thank Shaun enough for giving us a soft landing in Dallas and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.
