Sharon was easy to work with, helped us narrow down the area we wanted to be in and worked with difficult sellers.

When I approached Sharon more than a year ago about the possibility of buying a house for my mom, she said she thought it was the perfect place for her to relocate and told me to let her know when I needed help. My husband and I procrastinated that whole year. Sharon continued to check in with us and follow up, offering advice and assistance when we were ready. Towards the end of last year, we had still not made any decisions. Sharon reached out to us and suggested we take a look at the inventory homes. She thought the timing was right and it was a good time to buy. That’s when we finally started to make some progress and move forward. We decided on a new build and Sharon was there every step of the way to help us in selecting a lot, choose a floorplan, and decide on upgrades. She negotiated our pricing and was available to answer our questions along the way. I am so grateful for Sharon’s persistence in following through with us. Since our purchase, the homes prices at Dell Webb have gone up multiple times. We were blessed to have Sharon’s insight to move forward and make this purchase. A true professional, extremely helpful at every step, Sharon made buying a new home an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Sharon was the best. Since we were from California and unfamiliar with the North Dallas area we weren't sure what to expect. Thankfully, Sharon was well prepared for our weekend home search visit. She identified developments that met our criteria which streamlined the search process. She provided great advice regarding schools, shopping, traffic patterns, future construction projects, etc. which also aided in our decision. During the build process, she sent us pictures and always kept us updated. She assisted with our remote escrow close and volunteered to handle last minute errands on our behalf. Even after we closed, Sharon continued to make herself available to answer questions, not only about our house, but about school registration, youth sports programs and things happening in the local community . We feel very fortunate that Sharon was our agent and look forward to calling her our friend and neighbor.

I have bought and sold five homes since my children were born, but I have never had a better experience than the one I had with Sharon at the helm. I was so impressed with the questions she knew to ask and her knowledge of the deal process. Most importantly, however, I was impressed with how she interacted with my kids and made them part of the process. She was able to fully understand what we wanted in a "home," versus what we were attracted to in a "house." Her professional ability is unmatched. Her interpersonal ability is a true find. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
