Working with Shari Phillips was an absolute game-changer in our home-selling journey. After a frustrating experience with another real estate company that overpromised and underdelivered, we were disheartened and uncertain about what to do next. Enter Shari — and everything changed. From day one, Shari demonstrated unmatched commitment, dedication, and work ethic. She took the time to truly understand our goals, walked us through a clear strategy, and backed every step with action, not just words. Her communication was consistent, honest, and encouraging. She didn’t just put a sign in the yard — she worked for us. What impressed us most was how personally invested she was in getting our house sold. She treated our property with care, marketed it effectively, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with professionalism. Thanks to Shari’s persistence and expertise, our home sold — and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who delivers on promises and gives 110% every step of the way, Shari Phillips is the one you want in your corner. We are beyond grateful for her and recommend her without hesitation!
