Shannon was an amazing realtor. She was in constant communication and quick to respond when asked about listings. She was very accommodating when it came to looking at different listings, even in the evenings. When an offer fell through right before closing, she was quick to reach out to interested buyers, securing a new offer within just a day. Even after closing, she was communicating with myself and my buyers. I would recommend Shannon to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I became a widow in February and decided that I wanted a new start in Wisconsin where me son now lives in Kansasville. I saw the listing for the house I bought with Shannon. She knew exactly what I wanted and she found the perfect house for me. She did all the contact work for utilities and house inspections so my new home is perfect. She has a wonderful personality and the whole experience was totally enjoyable. I will always appreciate her hard work. Brin

Shannon was recommended to me by a friend. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions. She was very clear and transparent about the process. Shannon recommended a great lender nearby. This market makes it pretty difficult to find just what you are looking for. What I was looking for isn't always easy to come by. Shannon was able to set up showings same day and always answered texts quickly. She stayed on top of the well and septic testing. She definitely made the process seem a lot more smooth than it probably was. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She truly listens to her clients and treats people with kindness and respect. Thankful to have her as my agent.

Shannon assisted my family in selling our childhood home. From the very beginning, Shannon was professional, efficient and compassionate. We had complete trust in her knowledge and attention to detail, even when our selling experience brought some unusual circumstances. Shannon's prompt and thorough communication throughout the process was especially impressive. She kept us informed and answered our random questions with kindness and confidence. Shannon helped our family secure the best offer on our home and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was completed successfully. We are sincerely grateful!

From my experience with Shannon selling my house, i knew she'd be the person I'd use to buy another when i was ready! She sold my home over winter in a not so ideal timing and was super motivated doing so. Constant updates and feedback made it a breeze for me. Nothing changed from when i was purchasing a new home. As a single father, my budget wasn't the greatest and i couldn't just settle on anything. Shannon never pressured me into any house even after a whole year looking, she helped pick out flaws and made sure i was aware of many things with each home we looked at. She was always on top of everything and always so quick with responding to my many questions. Thanks for not selling me a house but instead finding me a home for my family! 10/10 recommended.

Answered every little question we had and the process was very smooth

Shannon is amazing and helped us both sell our house and purchase our new home. From the very beginning she went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Shannon and how wonderful she is!!

Shannon was amazing and very helpful throughout our first time home buying process. She answered all of our questions and was very responsive when we reached out. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and she helped us every step of the way!

Shannon was very helpful right from the start. She didn't have it easy with this home that I inherited, it wasn't much to see and needed so much work. Shannon kept me optimistic when I was frustrated and had to talk me off the ledge a time or two. There were some tough negotiations and I'm glad Shannon was on my team. I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again when I decide to sell my home and purchase another one.

Shannon went above and beyond to deal with difficult buyers she went out of her way to get estimates and contractors. To do repair work on a somewhat rundown property. She kept us up to date and all the activities surrounding the closing of our house. Thanks again Shannon we really appreciate it everything you did.
