Shannon did an outstanding job with both the sale of our old home, and the purchase of our new one. She is an excellent communicator, extremely responsive, and overall, a delight to work with. Shannon provided all the organization, leadership, and knowledge needed to make sure we managed two contingent transactions in a quite narrow window of time -- even considering completely new regulations coming into play mere weeks before our close. We wholeheartedly recommend her!
