I certainly thought there would be more "process" to the process, but we happened to have found a fantastic Realtor, Shannon Maupin and she found a great home for us.  After a short search with Shannon, we put in an offer and our offer was accepted against 2 other offers!   Shannon made it seamless and put our nerves at ease.  I'm pretty satisfied with how the whole house hunting thing came together and Shannon was a tremendous help!A huge thank you to Shannon Maupin!
