Shannon was such a blessing to work with. Her knowledge of the surrounding area and availability of homes was superb. She went out of her way before and after our purchase to help with all the little details! Thanks Shannon for an awesome buying experience. We would highly recommend her to all!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our house hunting experience as stressful as it was. Shannon made all the difference in allowing us to have understanding and patience with the whole process. She showed a true care for our well-being and a very genuine excitement when we landed our forever home. Thank you Shannon for everything.

Shannon was amazing! She kept me updated on everything and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable and was flexible with scheduling. I am so glad I got to work with Shannon and will be contacting her in the future and referring her to many people!

Shannon was wonderful, every time I had a question about the house or needed help with signing transfer documents with electric and water, garbage she was right on it. We did have a Realtor before her for about a month and we were so frustrated that we simply stopped looking. I decided after a month of disappointment from the other agent I would call her. This was the best decision we made. She found our dream house in a day and a half. We are so grateful and happy.

Shannon did a fantastic job for me. Her negotiating skills are exemplary and she was always willing to take time to answer my questions and get information I needed. I highly recommend her.

Shannon was great to work with! She followed up with us regularly and was quick to answer our questions. She definitely helped to make our property purchase very stress free!

It has been a pleasure working with Shannon Austin. My wife and I were living in North Dakota a few months back and had never met her up until closing day. We bought the house sight unseen and she helped me with everything we needed. She answered all questions swiftly and thoroughly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Shannon is an awesome realtor. Thank youRobert T.

Shannon was a dedicated and hardworking realtor to go through the selling process with. We would definitely recommend her and were completely satisfied with her services.  We had short notice that we would be relocating to another state because of my husbands job. Although we were referred to Shannon from a third party (a relocation company), we couldn't have found a more professional or motivated realtor. Shannon put in lots of effort and worked quickly to get our home on the market. We were always notified of the showings in our home as well as the feedback from the showings. She was always available and easy to contact, which was very important since we were out of state while our home was on the market. More importantly she was able to help us put our home under contract within 4 weeks of being listed and closed within 6 weeks. We would highly recommend Shannon and were 100% satisfied in her services. -Jon and Jessica S
