There is a reason we have only ever used, and only ever WILL use Shannon for all things realty; she’s the BEST! From practical advice, like repainting the outside of the house-and using her market research to suggest the winning color combination, to prioritizing other repairs needed (or NOT needed) before listing, to completing the many forms, finding competent contractors to make repairs in the required timeline…so many things! My only advice is LISTEN TO SHANNON when she tells you the asking price needs to be adjusted! Great googly moogly, does she know her market! Once we listed at the price she suggested, within 36 hours we had multiple offers and got to CHOOSE the best one, using her input and comparison skills. We would easily give Shannon 10 stars out of 5 if we could!
