Anyone can do a good job when things are easy, but it’s when things get difficult that the truly exceptional rise to the occasion. This is exactly what happened when a blocked sewer pipe threatened to ruin our vacation. Shannon had already been great to work with in originally securing the rental, always following up promptly and answering our questions (even when she was away herself!) But when things went wrong, she really went to work, finding us an emergency plumber when the owners wouldn’t and staying in constant touch with us while he was working. When we realized we would have to relocate, Shannon got us a full reimbursement for the rental plus expenses for our hotel. Vacation saved, and we found a realtor that we know and trust for when we are ready for our Jersey shore dream home. Shannon was truly an advocate for her clients, and her upbeat attitude and determination to help made an unpleasant situation a lot less unpleasant than it might have been. I’d never rent from those owners again, but I would work with Shannon again in a heartbeat.
