Shana was very supportive throughout the process. She answered each concern and question very quickly. She used her professional contacts to arrange for inspections that were done quickly and at minimal costs. She made trips to the house to allow for repairmen to view concerns and make estimates. She personally helped with yard clean up and even vacuumed and mopped the house prior to final inspection. She offered to help me prepare for moving from my current home. She spent time building relationship rather than viewing our interactions as purely a business arrangement. Her kindness and her willingness to help made the whole process a little less daunting.
