My experience with Shameaka was pleasant. She didn't force anything upon me, and she was super patient with my 'particulars'. Shameaka never had an issue with showing homes; always making herself available. It is often said, "Reading is fundamental" and Shameaka is truly a thorough reader; being very attentive to details. On my closing day, Shameaka noticed a discrepancy with a line item (again, a very thorough reader). She was truly my advocate throughout the process, but especially at the closing table.

Once I had a potential buyer ready to purchase my investment property, the process went very smoothly from start to finish. Ms. Pippen was very thorough in making sure paperwork was in order and information was communicated effectively between myself and the buyers.
