He worked closely with us on all aspects of selling our home. He worked with us through a very difficult renter situation. His strategy and approach worked. He helped us achieve the outcome we wanted, supported us at every step along the way, made it easy, and helped us close escrow in record time as we were working on a very tight deadline.

Sep is the most experienced agent you could possibly find to guide you through your home buying process. We met Sep at an open house before we started working with a Realtor. There must have been 30 buyers in the home during the 20 minutes we were there, and we were amazed as Sep established a genuine personal & warm connection with each person who walked through the front door, us included. Sep’s ability to connect with people, hear their wants, and propose solutions is unparalleled. That home ended up selling beyond our price range, but we did ask Sep to represent us, and in short order we were bidding on our forever home. Sep counseled us on the offer price, enabling us to win the bidding & get the home under contract without overpaying. During the inspection process, Sep amassed an army of inspectors, contractors, & repairmen to inform us of the property condition. He always made time for our concerns, and met with the many tradesmen who visited the home. We uncovered some deferred maintenance, and Sep was able to negotiate a significant seller price reduction, which we wouldn’t have achieved without his advice. I can’t speak highly enough of Sep and his team. Sep is a joy to be around, and if you’re lucky enough to work with him, you’ll have the best & most experienced representation you can possibly find.
There is no one in the field of real estate that I would more highly recommend then Sep. Sep is the consummate professional. In my over 40 years of real estate transactions no one has done a better job in keeping it light, providing analysis and paying attention to the details from inception to completion.
