Sean did a great job as the listing broker for my residential property. We had to deal with multiple buyers that changed their mind but finally got a serious buyer and Sean looked out for my best interest throughout the entire process. Sean is very professional and was always calm and focused through the listing and escrow process.

This was my second time conducting business with Sean. I first bought a house with him back in 2009, and naturally it made sense to use his services to sell that same house. Sean made all the right moves to help us get the best price for our house. We could not have been any happier throughout this whole process. I highly recommend him to assist anyone in buying or selling their home

Sean was the best! He made the house hunting process seamless and especially in this crazy market, it was good to have his knowledgeable advise and guidance. His team is also amazing. They were fast, efficient, and such nice people. I can’t imagine going with someone else and can’t thank him enough for making it such a fun experience.

Working with Sean, both selling and buying my homes over 20 years, has been a true pleasure. Sean is entirely professional, ethical, and knowledgeable while taking the stressful mechanics of home buying/selling off of me.

Absolutely the BEST! Very Patient, understanding, calm, very knowledgeable x 1,000. Bought our second home with him and we saw how different the experience was as compared to our first experience buying a home. Can't go wrong with this guy!!!

it is with great pleasure to write this about Sean Sullivan. Sean is very professional, caring, and went above and beyond to guide me through all the crazy steps of selling my house. He made it super easy for me, especially since it was a very difficult/bittersweet decision to sell my home (occupied since 1985). Don’t understand why there is only “Five” stars for rating- Sean gets 10+ stars. Kathy

Sean Sullivan is a great example of what a professional seasoned real estate agent should be. His knowledge of not only different areas but of potential buyer risks prove to be extremely valuable. He was very personable and pleasant to work with. This was me and wife's first home buying experience and we will highly recommend him to all of our friends and family who are in the market for their perfect home!

Mr. Sullivan is an ethical, conscientious, and responsive realtor. He walked us through each step and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. I will recommend him to to everyone I know. I would never work with anyone else!

There should be a lot more stars on here. Sean is a great person along with being a great real-estate agent. I hate sounding cliche, but he is the consummate professional. Most important is that he treats you like a friend who just wants the best for you. I'd compliment him more but you'd think I was exaggerating and yet it would all be true. Thanks for everything Sean...
