I interviewed four agents and Sean was by far the best prepared for the initial interview. He had detailed market analysis etc. Throughout the "preparing the home for sale" process, Sean was proactive in contacting me to check on progress and offer help. During the sale process, Sean was very communicative, and his level headed attitude kept me in check throughout a very emotional process (selling my parents home). I had some big hurdles to overcome (open insurance claim for example) and Sean walked me through it, offered solid advice along the way and kept me calm...not an easy task! The closing was down to the wire due the open insurance claim, but Sean worked with the buyers agent and found an equitable solution for all parties...escrow account. Tina Whitlock with Luxe Title was also very easy and enjoyable to work with...making some difficult topics easier to understand.
