Sean Barre was exactly what we wanted in a realtor. We had done a lot of research before reaching out, and after offering some other options, he could see that we wanted to build, and walked us through every step of the process. He answered questions almost immediately, and coached us on some questions we needed to ask. He had great rapport with the realtor from the builder, and guided us through the closing process.
