Having more than 12 years as a licensed Realtor®, Scott Mizen has perfected his expertise and shaped his business toward listening to his customers’ needs and expectations, then exceeding them. His love for real estate and supporting sellers and buyers through their journey was developed over a 33-year career in residential building and remodeling, as well as owning rental properties. The rewards and benefits of making people feel good by providing honest communication and assisting them through the process are what Scott credits as his intentions and mission for his business.

Originally from California where he spent over 30 years, Scott lived in Ohio for 27 years building his business and real estate ventures. Feeling the need for warmer weather surrounded by bountiful nature, wildlife and beaches, he and his wife of 19 years, Kathie, moved to Englewood nearly two years ago. Scott immediately immersed himself in the small-town, amenity-rich community where he has made friends and attends neighborhood events. He is also involved in the Elks Lodge and Venice Audubon Society when he isn’t riding his Indian motorcycle around Manasota Key, enjoying the Englewood Farmer’s Market and Dearborn Street.
