Scott and his colleague Koa Cassady worked very effectively as a team in the sale of an older residential property. We were always sure that one of them would promptly respond whenever a question or issue needed to be addressed. The marketing plan Scott and Koa implemented triggered two offers and a serious expression of interest within ten days of the house going on the market. The accepted offer was above the asking price, which was already more than the house had appraised for. There were a couple of title issues that arose, including a significant encroachment from a neighboring property. Scott took the initiative to handle the approach, negotiation and documentation of an encroachment agreement that kept the buyers' aggressive closing timeline on track.
