Scott helped determine the price. Without his help we may not have gotten the fair market value for our property.
Scott gave very helpful advice for preparation of the property for sale. This included several improvements that helped sell the property. After the closing Scott remained involved as the air conditioner had to be repaired after the sale.

He paid close attention to detail before we listed the home, during listing, and at closing. He supported us in the changes (updates) we made to the home. We believe the new flooring and paint helped immensely in having our home look the very best it could. Scott is very knowledgeable and personable. We found it very interesting when Scott shared with us the history and court cases of real estate. It helped us to better understand today’s real estate transactions. It was also wonderful how Scott took us through the buyer’s offer. He was not pushy, but suggested our many options to countering the buyer’s offer. Lastly, we appreciated the quick sale.

Scott was VERY helpful and understanding that I couldn’t make it to Iowa from Vermont at this time due to medical issues. I had to sell my family home after my dad passed. Scott even found a company that helped me clean and empty the house, preserving and mailing me sentimental items. Scott was very professional but at the same time kind and willing to just listen.
