Scott has helped us sell two homes and just recently to purchase a home when we wanted to relocate back to the Kalamzoo area. There is nobody else we trust with our home buying and purchasing needs! He helped us every step of the way by keeping us informed and when there was a risk of our home sale falling through Up North, his advocacy helped save the sale!! Without him we may not have been able to secure our new home! We will forever be grateful for his hard work and commitment to providing the best customer service possible!! Thanks Scott!!

Scott was very responsive and extremely helpful during the entire process. I felt he always had my best interest in the forefront of all decision-making.

My fiance and I were very nervous stepping into this home buying process but Scott always made sure he put our needs first. We never felt that he was just trying to sell us a house. He always gave us his honest opinion and looked thoroughly through every house with us. You really can’t ask for a better realtor!! Thank you Scott!!

Awesome guy very punctual very proper Great guy !

Scott Fraze is a fantastic real estate agent! He found a great condo for us in the Parkview Hills area two years ago and did an amazing job selling our house this year! He is a very professional person and we appreciate everything he has done for us!

Scott is an asset to the industry and your company! He sold my brothers house, my mom’s house, and now my house. These were all very emotional sales and Scott was so kind and understanding through the process. He went above and beyond in guiding me/us through the selling of these homes. He is SO quick to respond and his thoroughness is beyond reproach! Things I’d never think of, he was already on top of! He is patient and kind and very smart. His knowledge and understanding of real estate is top notch. I highly recommend Scott Fraze to everyone in need of one of the best realtors!! Respectfully and Sincerely, Dawn Wikel

Scott and Laura were great to work with when we brought our house in Michigan and when we sold the home in Michigan. Scott is very knowledgeable and wants the best for his clients. I highly recommend Scott! He was very responsive and honest.

I have utilized Scott’s expertise on both sides of the real estate business. He got my older home sold the first day on the market and worked out a fantastic deal on the purchase side. He is top notch and highly recommend him.

Scott was amazing! He talked me through the process and exceeded my expectations. He was very professional and his knowledge was exceptional. I wish I could give him more than 10 stars
