Scott went above and beyond to help us sell our house. It wasn't the easiest listing due to the inclement weather (multiple rainstorms and windstorms), rising mortgage rates, a roof that leaked at the last minute, and the amount of personal property that we had to clear out. He helped us with the latter two by finding a roofer who fixed the leak the week before closing, as well as coming on a rainy evening to help his handyman take some of my husband's office furniture. Thanks to him, we can move on with our lives. May his future listings sell quickly AND above asking.
