I am writing this in the summer of 2026, as I think back to last summer. I know that Sarah's knowledgeable guidance was the reason my sisters and I were able to prepare the home that held 30 years of memories and mementos for sale in such a short time. Sarah is deeply connected to the Wilmington area. She listened to us and asked questions until we were satisfied that she understood what we needed, and then wasted no time helping us take the actions necessary for a sale. I was grateful for the support then, and looking back, I am still amazed!

When I helped my sister prepare to sell her home of 35 years and move into a senior living situation, we chose Sarah as her real estate agent. We couldn’t have made a better choice! Sarah was sympathetic to our complicated needs, and proactive at every step of the way in helping us make the arrangements to get the house on the market – from coordinating contractors and services, to helping us get through inspections and paperwork in a caring and patient way. Sarah is a Wilmington native, with deep knowledge of in the community and years of experience in real estate, and we found her thoroughly knowledgeable of the market. The sale was completed three months from listing. Every detail was handled with great professionalism. Working with Sarah relieved a lot of the stress of going through this transition. Her proactiveness, attention to detail, positive energy and caring attitude made her a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Sarah is a true professional in every sense, putting her client's interest first and foremost. She is a superb communicator, not only in keeping us informed with current processes, but also in explaining what to expect next in process, avoiding surprises. An outstanding sounding board, Sarah listens to your ideas and concepts, provides feedback and potential risks, and ultimately helps you make the best decision for the given situation. She smartly executes on your intent which is uncommon in today's world; her judgement and reasoning are simply impressive. In short, Sarah is the realtor you want.

Sarah Wright De Vries worked with us to sell our vacant land in Hampstead. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She proactively kept communication lines open during the entire process. I have no hesitation in recommending her to family and friends.

Sarah, is a well informed and hard working agent. Sarah often went the extra mile to deliver high customer service.
