Sarah Thompson was not the 1st agent we'd hired to sell our 4db/5bth co-op apartment in Manhattan. She was definitely the most affective and knowledgeable one and got it sold! She staged the property appropriately and presented herself to potential buyers with integrity & professionalism, which savvy buyers recognize and respect. Sarah was always aware of our concerns and expectations, as sellers, and was a great communicator throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Sarah Thompson is, quite simply, the best, most professional, most hard-working, most resourceful real estate person I have ever met or worked with. We have worked with her multiple times and frankly, would work with no one else. We trust her completely and are deeply grateful for the opportunities we have had to work with her.

I had the pleasure of working with Bernice and Sarah a few years ago when I found my amazing Tribeca penthouse. They were very professional and held my hand throughout the whole process. They were always available to address my questions and concerns. They are now my go-to resource for NYC real estate. They got me the most amazing home for the best possible price and they'll do the same for you.

Bernice and Sarah were consistently bringing in qualified buyers, due in part to the fact that they priced my home correctly and to boot, they marketed it above and beyond my expectations - So, not only did they sell my home, they generated multiple bidders and sold it for higher than the asking price! My only wish is that I'd met this dynamic duo sooner.

Of all the real estate agents with which we have worked, Sarah is far and away the best. Not only is she extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, efficient and an effective advocate, she is a pleasure to work with. Buying or selling in NYC is complex and challenging and I don't think we would ever do it again without Sarah. She helped make our purchase a reality and was there for us 24/7!

When I finally pulled the trigger and decided to buy an apartment in Greenwich Village, I was so lucky to have Bernice and Sarah on my side. Their understanding of all the technical and informational issues was astounding. But the real differentiation - all too rare in the real estate field - was their appreciation for the intangible factors that drive value plus their strong negotiation skills.

Bernice and Sarah are real pros. I will do all my real estate deals with them from now on!
