Sarah was a godsend for us. We had to move for a new job early in the selling process so Sarah was the main contact for us for everything. She kept me updated on the work being done and what was done well. She found and setup people to do work around the house. We had unexpected weather events occur while we weren't there and Sarah was right there to make sure everything went well. She kept track of all the paperwork that needed to be completed, what I had done and what my timelines were. When I asked about her recommendations for various topics she gave me straight forward answers and let me know what things she felt very confident on and areas where she was less confident. Sarah did really helped relieve a large burden of finding a new house in a new state while trying to remotely sell a house in another state. If we had gone with someone else I would be worried about what our end result would be. All of the things I went over were simply just the stuff she did to make everything as smooth and simple of a process for me. She also did all the great realtor work behind the scenes so that when my home hit the market it seemed like every buyer in the area knew it and was scheduling an appointment to see it. She even got me multiple bids on my home, the first time I've experienced that. If I ever buy or sell a home in this area I know who I will go to to help me.

Sarah is extremely dedicated to find, not only the best deal, but the best deal for her clients. She builds rapport with her clients beyond any realtor I have every met. She is very professional and explains every step of the process. You could not ask to have a better person in your corner whether buying or selling.
