Sarah Harrington's deep-rooted passion for real estate blooms from her sincere love for people and homes. She takes great pride in the respect and care she has for the art of pairing a home with each customer and listens intently to her customers during the discovery process so she can personalize the journey for each buyer and seller's individual needs. A native of Sarasota, Sarah was exposed to the business at an early age through her parents, who were real estate advisors and investors. Sarah's father, Christopher Harrington, was a respected REALTOR® and a leading broker at the Naples office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Beginning her own career in 2018, Sarah quickly became a top producer within her first year. She previously worked for a national builder in new home sales, an active retirement community, and a luxury resort-style development. Having worked with customers across all demographics, Sarah is experienced with historical homes, first-time homebuyers, families looking for specific school districts, empty nesters, relocating retirees, and buyers seeking 55+ communities. Growing up, Sarah moved 12 times throughout Sarasota County, giving her a unique perspective to the area's different neighborhoods and towns. Raised surrounded by antiques, historical homes, and impressive art, Sarah's passion for the arts was fostered by her grandparents. Her grandfather, who held a doctorate in art history, proudly displayed a Leonardi da Vinci painting on The Discovery Channel. Her grandmother was the proprietress of an interior design studio in Charleston, South Carolina. Thankful for her childhood, Sarah's roots are the backbone to her business today as she curates a luxury real estate experience for her customers. Sarah's appreciation for homes, with respect to their beauty and the needs each individual desires, fulfills her purpose as a real estate advisor. She understands that each home is unique to the person who lives there and should speak as a continued extension of the resident. With her eye for design and knowledge of architecture, fashion, and art, Sarah takes careful love in listening to your specific needs and wants and envisioning those potential possibilities in a home. It's no surprise that Sarah's hobbies are centered around Sarasota's thriving arts scene. She is an actress in community theater and has performed stand-up comedy at several venues. Sarah's worked as a costume and set designer for several local movies and is actively involved with the Sarasota Film Festival. She is a member of Burns Court Cinema and several museums and is a vintage clothing curator. Sarah is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.
