Sarah was amazing! Even though I'm sure our home budget was well under that of her typical client, she never made me feel like my file was any less important. She took the time to explain things in a way that I, a first time home buyer, could understand. On the topic of communication it was important for me to find someone who would give me the facts, sans all of the sales puffery and sugar coating you'd probably expect in a sales situation. My wife on the other hand, prefers a more delicate approach to disappointing information. Sarah was able to accomplish both, no small feat in my opinion.
