Sarah and her team were great to work with. With a requested quick closing by the buyers, Sarah made sure all was in place for closing. She made me feel confident I was making a good decision during a very emotional time for me. I would highly recommend Pella Real Estate Services.

Establishing trust with a realtor is a priority for me when purchasing a home, especially when you are moving from a location that is more than a half day's drive from your new community. My interaction with Sarah began by phone and having worked as a realtor myself, I was impressed by Sarah's professionalism and market knowledge during our inaugural conversation. She asked pointed questions that zeroed in on what we were looking for in our next home. This set the tone for many more phone conversations during our 3-month quest as we developed a productive procedure for narrowing down possibilities before jumping in the car and driving to Pella to tour two or three potential choices. Her ability to quickly understand our thought process resulted in only two trips from Milwaukee before we secured a successful offer. The best part of the experience, though, was hearing Sarah repeatedly say, "I want you to be happy with your decision" much as a trusted friend would advise you and by the time we signed at closing, Sarah was and is a trusted friend.

As first time homebuyers, Sarah was such a gift to us in the process -- never making us feel silly about our questions. She gave honest thoughts and asked good questions that helped us make a well informed purchase. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and Pella Real Estate Services.

Sarah was great to work with and had several good suggestions along the way of selling my mother's house. She also did some little "extra" favors during the process as we were located about 2 hours from the property. She made sure all things were completed and handled the sale with ease.

I had the opportunity to work with Sarah on one sale and two purchases in the last few years. She was very professional and a joy to work with on both the sales and the purchase. Very prompt at answering any questions prior to listing, through inspections and closing. Would use her again.

Sarah has been great to work with. She is very professional but with a personal touch. She helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. She has been available day or night with answers to our questions, and brought us through this journey.

Sarah made selling my home - which could have been a stressful production - a friendly, easy to understand, step by step experience. All questions were answered immediately in a professional manner but with her soft-spoken, encouraging voice. Mike gets a plug too for keeping the yard work done and Kudos to Ciara for finding the buyers. Anyone looking to buy or sell would do well to engage the Buchheits,

We couldn’t be happier with the service Sarah provided from start to finish! From the moment we began the process, she went above and beyond — helping us stage our home beautifully and guiding us through every step of getting it market-ready. She was always available to answer any questions, big or small, and made sure we felt confident throughout the entire experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication truly set her apart. Thanks to her hard work, selling our home was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Their professionalism, dedication, and market expertise were evident from the start, as they carefully considered our needs and preferences. This ensured that every house we viewed aligned perfectly with our criteria, making the process smooth and enjoyable. Sarah went out of her way to make the sale of our property as smooth as possible. She kept me informed on the status of the listing and clearly explained our options when we needed to make decisions. We are very pleased with the outcome of the sale thanks to Sarah's expertise.
