Sarah Auman was a fantastic agent. We met her at an open house and I realized that i knew her parents back in the day. She helped my new wife and I find a new home last summer and she has assisted greatly in guiding me in selling my home when I was with my first wife. She stayed positive while I waited for contractors to become available and got this old house cleaned out and on the market this summer. She is always so positive and is very kind and relatable. She will do any buyer or seller right by her expertise. No issues here but plenty of thank you's.

Sarah went above and beyond with finding our home. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. She has a way to make you feel like your family and in turn went to bat for my family. I will definitely recommend her to all my friend and family in the market for a new house.

Highly recommend her!! It took me awhile to find a house that fit my criteria but she never complained and always showed up with a smile and was always willing to work around my schedule even with last minute showings!

Made the whole process very easy and stress free!

Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable. She made our process of selling very simple and streamlined. She was very responsive to all questions and concerns we had. If she didn’t know an answer, she would find out and get back to us as soon as she found out. She made sure we were comfortable and informed in every aspect of our sale. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone, looking to buy or sell real estate.

Sarah did an excellent job promoting my condo. She had several Open Houses and made sur

Sarah was amazing. Everything went very smoothly and she handled everything for me. She went above and beyond to help.

Well, when we started with Sarah Auman, it was CBHR company but now it is Realty87. That hasn't made any difference in Sarah's outstanding performance as our agent looking to help us find our perfect home. Sarah's is very upbeat and very communicative. She responds quickly to questions and she certainly understood our specific needs for a new home. She hung in there and worked with us for the first 5 months of 2025. The market was slow and there were not many opportunities that fit our requirements at first but in March things heated up and took off. We looked at a lot of homes from March to May and Sarah's expertise and judgement helped us make the correct decision and offer on a home right before Mother's Day 2025 and we did some back and forth on the offer which Sarah handled wonderfully. We are certainly very appreciative of all her help in finding us a great home. Thank you Sarah Auman!!!

It has been a pleasure working with Sarah. She has been informative and detail oriented through the whole process of selling and buying. She made the legal jargon make sense and helped make this a seamless transition. The entire time I felt she was on our side, fighting for what was in our best interest. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who is serious about selling or buying a home.
