Sara worked with us patiently and enthusiastically to find just what we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market. She was invaluable to our house search and purchase.

Sara was incredible! She kept track of all deadlines and tasks for us, sent reminders and follow ups, and always made schedules work. We are so grateful for her support and hard work while we purchased this home. We had some unexpected issues arise and she kept us in the loop (and calm) while she worked behind the scenes to get things done. I completely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Sara has been absolutely amazing in all aspects. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Sara answered most of them before we even needed to ask. She has great knowledge of the market and area and has close connections with people needed. She took great care of us and got us the perfect house! She has an amazing knack for finding the perfect house for people. She was able to refer us to a mortgage lender, lawyer, even an electrician and never steered us wrong. The process of purchasing our first home was fun and easy. I would recommend her to everyone. We could not be happier! Thank you so much Sara!!

Great service and a very easy experience. Sara and the team she offered was professional, helpful, and responsive. The process felt clear and a lot of care and attention went into this - thanks Sara! would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move.

Sara Puretz is a gem. Sara guided us through the daunting task of preparing our house for sale, and then the rigors of the sale itself. She did so with unquestionable professionalism, wisdom, patience and a good natured enthusiasm for the job. Sara started as our agent and ended up our friend.

Sara drove all over northern Vermont in pursuit of a home for me. We looked at many properties and she was sure to give me the run down for each community. Days before closing I encountered a hiccup and she talked me off the ledge and made sure all went well.

Fantastic dedication and service

Sara is amazing! So knowledgeable, efficient and effective.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Sara! From start to finish, she was polished, professional, and always had our best interests at heart. She advocated for us every step of the way and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Sara truly made us feel special — like we were her only clients — and went above and beyond to make our dreams come true. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her.
