After 26 years of Navy life, countless moves, and more houses than we can possibly remember, finding our home felt like it carried a little more weight this time. And we could not have asked for a better person to help us find it than Sara. Sara took us on what seemed like endless tours, patiently walking through house after house as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted. She asked all the right questions of homeowners, agents, inspectors, and anyone else who could give us insight. She paid attention to the little things, listened to our concerns, and always made sure we had the information we needed to make the right decision for our family. There were definitely moments when we wondered if we were ever going to find the one. We walked away from homes we thought might work, kept searching, and sometimes wondered if we would ever find a place that truly felt right. Sara never let us get discouraged. After 26 years of moving because the Navy told us where we were going next, it is an incredibly special feeling to finally choose a place because we wanted to call it home. To illustrate her performance - we got a late afternoon call from the title company telling us a really scary "you should call a lawyer" issue. I texted Sara with no expectation she look at it right then as it was late in the evening. She responded immediately and got in touch with the seller's agent. About 1 hour later, the issue was solved, and it was identified as a miscommunication on the seller's disclosure. It was nice to keep our worry to a minimum and be assured we were still on the path to closing. Highly recommend!!
