I have had the pleasure of working with Santo as my real estate agent for the past three years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Santo has consistently rented out my apartment quickly and efficiently, making the process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and attention to detail have always ensured that I found quality tenants who took good care of the property. Santo was amazing to work with and I wholeheartedly would recommend him. During the rental process, there are unexpected issues and Santo both supported me emotionally and was quick to act in fixing problems. I now live in an apartment that fits me and my lifestyle perfectly in a great neighborhood!

I’ve now worked with Santo three times and I am incredibly happy with him as an agent. I’ve had a particularly difficult time renting out my apartment and Santo was patient in his approach: he was patient with me and my concerns and patient with how much work and time it took to find the right tenant. And when the tenant was finally found, it took more patience and expert handling to deal with my building’s board. From problematic schedules to stressful rules, Santo handled the situation effectively and expertly. My tenants had to wait weeks for the board to interview them and Santo managed the situation without me losing potential tenants or rent. My apartment is now filled with wonderful tenants I’m happy with. Will absolutely work with Santo again.
